Witch Hazel works its magic as it cleanses, balances and conditions skin – all without drying! Aloe Vera and Chamomile extract team up to soothe irritated spots. Apple extract, an antioxidant, and Green Tea extract also get in the mix to soothe and protect skin.

After cleansing skin with RISE AND SHINE, gently pat your face dry and apply a small amount of OOH-REFRESHING toner to a cotton pad and sweep it across your face. Great for morning and night!
